Propellers and matched hubs

Geometry, direction and hub fit must be defined together. The rotor choice also belongs in the motor and ESC review.

Sample and acceptance review

Use the maker’s installation and operating-limit documents and preserve the exact propeller part number. Request a fit sample and condition inspection.

A common purchasing mistake

Two propellers with the same nominal diameter may differ in hub interface and operating limits.

Related purchasing decisions

Identify a propeller beyond diameter and pitch

Propeller procurement needs exact identity, rotation and mounting details. A familiar size label does not resolve the hub or the applicable operating limit.
