UAV battery packs
Pack selection connects chemistry, energy, discharge duty, physical fit and charger compatibility. Keep transport documents tied to the actual pack model.
What to specify
Use these fields to describe your requirement. Values are supplied by the buyer or the responsible integrator; this reference does not list an in-stock SKU or a universally compatible replacement.
| Requirement | Information to include |
|---|---|
| Chemistry | LiPo, Li-ion or specified chemistry |
| Configuration | Series/parallel arrangement and voltage |
| Energy | Capacity and Wh with units |
| Duty | Current requirements and duration |
| Interface | Power connector, balance/data ports |
| Documents | Pack identity and required test summaries |
Sample and acceptance review
Review the pack, charger and aircraft connection as a set. Request model-specific documentation and lot information before planning stock.
A common purchasing mistake
A generic battery test report should not be treated as evidence for every pack sold by that supplier.
Related purchasing decisions
A battery RFQ that a supplier can evaluate
Battery sourcing needs both the electrical duty and the physical pack definition. Charging, transport and stock handling cannot be inferred from capacity alone.
